Keener Management is a full-service management company with significant industry experience. Our team has experience managing both large and small complexes, and we pride ourselves on having a team that is properly balanced across the various functions of property management. More specifically, our team has both members that have a strong track record with on-site management and leasing (“front office”) and members that have strong books and records skills with an emphasis on streamlining processes with technology (“back office”).
