The Woodlands, TX – Keener Investments proudly participated in the Muddy Bowl Crawfish Cook-off and Fun Runs to help the funding efforts of The Woodlands Township Parks and Recreation Department. Keener executives, employees and investors cooked and served over 350 pounds of crawfish as well as other food and drinks for all the local friends, family and children of The Woodlands Township. Keener also sponsored it’s investors and their families who wanted to participate in the 5K, 10K and other fun runs which wind through the George Mitchell Nature Preserve.

Corsicana, TX – Keener Investments proudly joined efforts with several of its investors to participate in Corsicana’s annual town festival. The event included a parade, pro rodeo, street games, carnival and kids activities but most importantly the day long chili cook off and BBQ competition. Chris Farmer, Keener – Director of Asset Management and Investor Relations and native of Corsicana, proudly helped cook and serve locals as Keener provided food and drinks for patrons of the event.

Houston, TX – Keener Management is proud to participate in the efforts to bring toys to children this holiday season. Across all Keener operated properties, our staff will be collecting new toys in beautifully decorated donation boxes in our leasing offices for distribution to less fortunate children in our communities. Houston, TX – Keener Management will be participating in the annual Houston Food Bank Drive beginning November 1, 2019 and culminating December 11, 2019. Across all Keener operated properties, our staff will be collecting non-perishable food items (including pet food) in our leasing offices to be delivered to the Houston Apartment Association to aid in their collective effort with the great work performed at the Houston Food Bank. Founded in 1982, the Houston Food Bank distributes 122 million nutritious meals through its network of 1,500 community partners in southeast Texas, feeding 800,000 individuals each year.
